Our Welding hats are made of 100% cotton that is prewashed before the hats are made to prevent shrinkage. They
are 4 panel, reversible with a print on one side and a coordinating solid color fabric on the other. We take pride in our work and each welding hat is carefully layed out to get the best effect of the pattern
on the fabric. The bills/brims are lined with quilt batting, not cardboard.
The standard welding hat is made with a 6 1/2" (low) crown (fits like a baseball cap) and a 3" bill/brim.
Other options are available such as a 7 1/2" (high) crown (designed to cover the top of the ears) or a 2" bill.
